Are you already active but looking to find a different way to do the same exercises? Why not try the Schplatttt 1-20 challenge. Simply assign a different exercise to each of the numbers from 1 to 20, such as running on the spot, sit-ups, press-ups or burpees, and do the exercise the number of times next to it.
This is a great challenge to do during winter months as an indoor activity, or in spaces where you are limited to what you can do in terms of sport.
